Community guidelines
kaylokay connects neighbors. A few simple habits keep it safe and useful for everyone. These guidelines are part of our Terms of Use.
Stay safe
- Meet in a public, well-lit place, and tell someone where you’re going.
- Bring a friend for big jobs, big purchases and rides.
- Look at a person’s profile and ratings before you agree to anything.
- Keep your conversation in the app. Don’t share your home address, passwords or ID numbers.
Money
- Never pay in advance, and never send gift cards, wire transfers or crypto to someone you haven’t met.
- Be wary of anyone who sends you too much money and asks you to send some back.
- Payments inside the app are not available yet. Agree how you will pay before you meet.
What you can post
- Only post things that are legal, true and yours to offer.
- No illegal items or services, and nothing that puts people at risk.
- No discrimination, harassment or threats.
- No spam, copies of the same listing or misleading listings. Listings expire on their own: after 30 days for Quick Cash and 90 days for everything else.
If something is wrong
- Use Report on a listing, a profile or a conversation. The team reviews reports and can remove content or limit accounts.
- Block anyone who makes you uncomfortable. They won’t be able to message you.
